The SMC‑4DL‑PE is a PCI Express motion control board that supports stepping motors and pulse‑train input servomotors. With up to 9.8 Mpps pulse output and 4 independent axes, it is ideal for multi‑axis robots, X‑Y tables, and semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Features include linear interpolation, S‑curve acceleration/deceleration, speed/position overriding, and multi‑axis synchronization control.

  • Encoder input – supports differential, TTL level, and open‑collector encoder outputs.
  • Comparator circuits – compare set value and counter value; output signals while conditions are met.
  • Software configurable I/O – input/output logic can be changed by software; pins can be assigned to alarm, positioning, latch, and start functions.
  • Dedicated terminal strip – optional CCB‑SMC2 provides axis‑specific signal assignment for easy wiring.
