Analog Input

The AD12-64(PCI) provides 64 single-ended or 32 differential analog input channels with 12-bit resolution and 10µsec (100 KSPS) conversion speed. Input ranges can be selected per channel via software from eight bipolar and unipolar ranges. The board supports both internal and external sampling clocks, and includes 4 digital inputs and 4 digital outputs.

Designed for flexible data acquisition, the AD12-64(PCI) includes powerful sampling control functions and digital I/O for external device monitoring and control.

  • Sampling control — Software-controlled arbitrary timing or periodic synchronization with internal/external sampling clock.
  • Internal sampling clock — 10,000 – 1,073,741,824,000ns, settable in 250ns increments.
  • External sampling clock — TTL level, falling edge triggered.
  • Programmable timer — 500 – 1,073,741,824,000ns, settable in 250ns increments.
  • Digital I/O — 4 TTL-level inputs and 4 TTL-level outputs for external device monitoring and control.
  • External trigger — TTL level, falling edge triggered, with overrun status monitoring.
