High-Precision Analog Input
in a Compact PCI Card

The AD16-16(LPCI) provides 16 channels of single-ended analog input with 16-bit resolution, 10µsec conversion speed, and a 1k-word buffer memory. Input range is bipolar ±10V with an absolute maximum input voltage of ±20V. The board supports time-based or external-signal synchronous conversion modes, with software-configurable external trigger, stop, and clock signals.

  • Digital filter for external signals — Prevents chattering on external control signals (start, stop, clock). Selectable 1µsec filter.
  • Buffer memory — 1k-word buffer allows background analog input independent of PC software status.
  • External start/stop/clock — TTL-level signals with software-selectable edge (rising/falling) and digital filter.
  • Counter function — 32-bit up counter with gate control and up-clock input; count match output (TTL).
  • Low-profile and standard PCI support — Interchangeable bracket included for both slot types.
