8-channel opto-coupler isolated digital output in a compact nano module. The CPSN-DO-08RL operates with an external 12-24VDC circuit power supply, while the CPSN-DO-08BRL includes a built-in internal power supply — eliminating the need for external wiring. Both models feature zener diode surge protection, 200 microsecond response time, and tool-free installation into the CONPROSYS nano CPU unit or USB I/O Unit.

External or Built-in Power.

Both the CPSN-DO-08RL and CPSN-DO-08BRL provide 8 channels of opto-coupler isolated digital output (current source type) with a response time of 200 microseconds or less. The key difference is the power supply configuration — choose based on your wiring and installation requirements.

Both models include zener diode surge protection on all output circuits. All outputs are OFF when power is first supplied. Tool-free installation and removal from compatible CONPROSYS nano CPU units and USB I/O units.

Both models are rated for operation from -20 to +60°C and validated for vibration and shock resistance per IEC and JIS standards. No electrolytic capacitor is used, supporting extended product service life.

  • Operating temperature -20 to +60°C — Wall installation at 0°. For vertical or plane installation (90° left/right), rated to -20 to +55°C.
  • Vibration resistance 10 to 150Hz (IEC 60068-2-6) — 10 to 57Hz at 0.15mm semi-amplitude; 57 to 150Hz at 2.0G. 40 minutes each in X, Y, and Z directions.
  • Shock resistance 15G half-sine 11ms (IEC 60068-2-27) — Validated in X, Y, and Z directions.
  • Line noise resistance ±1kV signal line (IEC 61000-4-4 Level 3) — Signal line protection.
  • Static electricity resistance up to ±8kV air discharge (IEC 61000-4-2 Level 3) — Touch discharge rated at ±4kV.
  • No electrolytic capacitor — Designed for extended service life.
