The DIO‑1616RYX2‑USB provides 16 opto‑isolated inputs and 16 semiconductor relay outputs for USB‑based digital I/O. Supporting 12‑24 VDC inputs and 120VAC/DC outputs (100mA per channel), it is ideal for industrial automation, machine control, and high‑voltage switching applications. The isolated design (1000Vrms) protects your PC from electrical noise and transients.

USB hub function – up to 4 DIO‑1616RYX2‑USB units can be connected to a single USB port using the built‑in hub. Connect additional CONTEC USB devices as well. (5VDC self‑power required when using hub function.)

  • Digital filter – Programmable filter on all inputs prevents false triggers from noise or chattering.
  • Interrupt on all inputs – Each input can generate an interrupt on rising or falling edge. Enable/disable per bit.
  • Semiconductor relay outputs – 120VAC/DC, 100mA per channel. No mechanical wear, long life, and silent operation.
  • Connector compatibility – Same connector as PIO‑16/16RY(PCI) and DIO‑1616RY‑PE for easy system migration.
