The DIO‑3232LX‑USB provides 32 opto‑isolated inputs and 32 open‑collector outputs for USB‑based digital I/O. Supporting 12‑24 VDC signals, it is ideal for industrial automation and machine control. The isolated design (500Vrms) protects your PC from electrical noise and transients. Common terminals are provided per 16 channels for flexible power supply configuration.

  • Digital filter – Programmable filter on all inputs prevents false triggers from noise or chattering.
  • Interrupt on all inputs – Each input can generate an interrupt on rising or falling edge. Enable/disable per bit.
  • Surge and overcurrent protection – Zener diode for surge voltage; overcurrent protection circuit per 8 output channels.
