Serial Communication

The CPSN‑COM‑1PD and CPSN‑COM‑1PD2 are expansion I/O modules for the CONPROSYS nano series, adding one channel of RS‑422A/485 serial communication. With baud rates up to 921,600 bps, bus isolation (500VAC), and 64‑byte FIFO buffers, these modules are ideal for industrial automation, SCADA, and device control applications. Full‑duplex and half‑duplex modes are supported with on‑board DIP switch configuration.

Two model variants – CPSN‑COM‑1PD supports baud rates from 4 to 921,600 bps. CPSN‑COM‑1PD2 supports baud rates from 110 to 921,600 bps. Both support data lengths of 5‑8 bits and stop bits of 1, 1.5, or 2.
