The PI‑64L(PCI)H provides 64 opto‑isolated digital input channels (current sink compatible) on a PCI bus board. It accepts 12‑24 VDC signals and features a 200 µs response time. 32 of the inputs can be used as interrupt request signals with per‑bit enable/disable and selectable edge triggering.

Connector & Cabling

The board uses a 96‑pin half‑pitch connector (CN1). Pin assignments: I‑00 to I‑77 (inputs), IP‑0/1, IP‑2/3, IP‑4/5, IP‑6/7 (input common positive), and NC. Input signals are optically isolated and current sink compatible.

  • Input common — positive side of external supply; separate common per 16 channels (IP‑0/1, IP‑2/3, IP‑4/5, IP‑6/7).
  • Current sink compatible — inputs ready to accept current sinking output signals.
