A USB 2.0 compatible terminal module that extends the analog I/O function of a PC's USB port. 8ch/16-bit analog inputs and 2ch/16-bit analog outputs connect directly to screw terminals, in a compact design built for Note PCs and mobile use, powered entirely by the USB bus. The AIO-160802GY-USB combines high-resolution analog measurement, flexible triggering, and true plug-and-play portability, giving engineers a complete acquisition front-end without the bulk of a PCI card or external power brick.

  • Analog input 8ch, analog output 2ch, digital I/O 4ch each — analog input (4 microsec/ch, 16-bit, 8ch), analog output (10 microsec, 16-bit, 2ch), and digital I/O (4ch each, LVTTL level).
  • USB 2.0 / USB 1.1 compatible, no external power needed — high-speed transfer at 480 Mbps, powered entirely by the USB bus so no separate supply is required.
  • Buffer memory in FIFO or ring format — 8K data for analog input and 1K data for output, enabling background analog I/O independent of software and PC status.
  • Clock- or trigger-driven sampling and generation — start and stop by software or external trigger, timed by the on-board high-precision internal clock or an external clock.
  • Software-based adjustment — all analog input/output calibration is performed in software, with additional adjustment data storable for your specific environment.
  • Windows / Linux device driver — the API-TOOL driver supports application development on both platforms, with a bundled diagnostic program for hardware checks.

Because the module draws power directly from the USB bus and connects through standard screw terminals, it deploys in seconds on a bench, in a cabinet, or in the field, with no PCI slot, no external PSU, and no soldering required.
