If you wish to return a component or a system for refund, exchange, or repair, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please call our RMA department at (888) 285-0172 between the hours of 8 AM – 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday or send an email to rma@us.contec.com. Please have the serial number and order number handy.
Refund/Returns Policy
Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your Contec purchase, you may return it within the first 10 business days for a full refund at no additional charge. All components are subject to a 5% restocking fee. All systems are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the original condition with the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and will credit you with the same method of payment from the original purchase within 10 business days.
If you have exceeded the refund period, you may be eligible for an exchange under our warranty terms.
Exchanges
If for any reason your purchase does not perform to the manufacturing specification outlined by Contec within the warranty period we exchange the items at no additional charge.

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchange item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
Upon approval for an exchange, your order will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an email with your order ship dates.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please allow 10 business days upon completion of the inspection to process your refund. If you do not see your refund after 10 business days, please verify with the bank or credit card company. If may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
