Shipping policy

Contec Americas Inc. currently offers easy online ordering for customers with verifiable addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Customers wishing to ship internationally can place an order by contacting us by phone +1 (321) 728-0172 or by email at eShop@us.contec.com to place an order. 

Time to Ship

The estimated processing time is posted in the "Lead Time" section of the product page. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery based on the shipping method you chose at checkout. 

PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAIN SHORTAGES LEAD TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO UNEXPECTED FLUCTUATIONS.  WE WILL NOTIFY YOU IF WE ANTICIPATE ANY DELAYS BEYOND THE POSTED LEAD TIME. 

Shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed. Orders can be delayed because of payment, billing, or shipping verification in order to prevent fraudulent credit card transactions. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided when the order has shipped. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.

NEW! Shipment Via Customer Provided Carrier Account

We can now ship via a customer-provided carrier account at no additional charge. To take advantage of this option, simply add your carrier, carrier account number, and desired shipping method in the "Order Instructions" section of of the "Cart" page as shown in the animation below. Then select the "customer supplied shipping account" option during checkout. Please feel free to contact us at eshop@us.contec.com with any questions.

Shipping Damage

Contec Americas, Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Contec Americas Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
