The AIO-163202FX-USB is a high-performance USB2.0 analog I/O unit featuring 32 channels of 16-bit analog input (500 kSPS max) and 2 channels of 16-bit analog output (100 kSPS max). The built-in event controller enables hardware-level synchronization of triggers and statuses, ideal for factory automation and mixed-signal testing requiring low-latency, real-time responsiveness.

Event controller enables integrated management of triggers and statuses — hardware-level synchronization control of signal inputs and outputs. Example: analog input and output synchronized with an external clock signal, or analog input performed whenever the counter value reaches a set value.

Digital I/O, counters &
USB hub function

In addition to analog functions, the AIO-163202FX-USB provides 8 channels of LVTTL digital I/O, two 32-bit counters with gate and up-clock inputs, and a USB hub function that allows up to 4 units to be connected to a single PC USB port. Digital filters on input signals prevent chattering.

  • Digital I/O — 8 input channels and 8 output channels (LVTTL level, positive logic).
  • 2 x 32-bit counters — Up-count, max count FFFFFFFFh, gate and up-clock inputs, count match output per channel. Frequency response 10 MHz max.
  • USB hub function — Up to 4 units can be connected to one PC USB port. Additional units can be connected to other PC USB ports.
  • Digital filters — Built-in digital filter on digital input signals, counter input signals, and external control signals to prevent chattering.
  • Compatible connector — 96-pin half-pitch connector (same as PCI/PCIe versions). Common accessories and migration from existing systems.
